Dr Jie Zhang 简历

Dr Jie Zhang received his PhD in Control Engineering from City University, London, in 1991. He has been with the School of Chemical Engineering and Advanced Materials, Newcastle University, UK, since 1991 and is currently a Senior Lecturer. His research interests include process control, computational intelligence, process monitoring, and batch process optimization control. He has published over 190 papers in international journals, books, and conference proceedings. He is a Member of Editorial Board of Neurocomputing published by Elsevier, a Member of Editorial Board of Control Engineering of China, and a Senior Member of IEEE. He served as an IPC member and invited speaker at several international conferences. He has severed as a referee for over 50 international journals.
